Please note that deliveries during any postal strikes will be delayed more than usual, however we will ensure our best to get your goods to you promptly.

We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on www.bwowcosmetics.com will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business working day.

We ship throughout the UK using Royal Mail and other couriers. If you require your order to be tracked, then please select the Next Day Delivery option as Royal Mail does not include tracking. BWOW Cosmetics will be unable to locate any lost parcels and cannot and will not be held liable for any lost deliveries, parcels, or products unless a tracking service has been paid for.

Shipping Worldwide Canada:

Shipping to the United States is £4.99+ via USPS. Shipping to anywhere in Canada will cost £6.50 via Canada Post. International shipping outside of the US and Canada will cost approx. £7.50 via Ascendia. A tracking number is included for all orders and will automatically be added to the appropriate order. Subject to changes applicable*

BWOW Cosmetics provides estimated delivery time frames from shipping partners. USPS Priority takes an average of 7 business days to deliver orders for US orders. Canadian orders ship with Canada Post and take up to 10 working days for delivery. International orders are shipped with Ascendia which takes 7-12 working days for delivery depending on customs and the distance from Canada. Ascendia or Chit Chat partners with local shipping carriers like Swiss Post for final-mile deliveries. A tracking number is provided for all orders, but a delivery confirmation will not be available for international orders. Subject to changes applicable*

When BWOW ships an order a tracking number will automatically be added to the order. Unless stated otherwise.

Shipping from all other locations and countries:

Shipping from all other countries and locations outside of mainland UK - if the ordered item is available in our warehouse in the UK then the free delivery automatically will apply (refund will be issued if paid) unless stated in our shipping policy under each section or excluded. We have various manufacturers and distribute products globally. Due to the high demand for various products, we are unable to state where your order is being dispatched from, once your order is placed and until it is fulfilled you will receive an order acknowledgement from us. We value our customers and work closely on all orders. Please contact us directly regarding any orders or queries and we will be happy to assist. 

Taxes:

There are no import or duty fees on orders shipped within North America. Most countries outside of the US charge import duties and customs fees. These can vary widely. VAT would apply to all orders. You will be responsible for any customs fees/duties and taxes

All shipping prices can change at any time. Our website will capture and provide the latest shipping options available with the rates applicable. We exclusively process and dispatch all cosmetic orders during the weekend. This is because we craft your item upon order to maximise its shelf life, allowing you to enjoy it for a longer period. Unlike others, we don't just take your orders from a pre-stocked shelf; our priority is to deliver freshly made products directly to you, ensuring timely delivery.
